Your organization name and contact email, the funder details and guideline text you paste in, and the optional program details you provide. If you create an account we store your email and a salted PBKDF2 hash of your password — never the password itself.
Your intake details and the funder guidelines are sent to AI providers to write the draft: Google (Gemini) for free previews and Anthropic (Claude) for full drafts. They process the text to return a response. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store your email, plan, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we know your access is active.
Drafts and account records are stored in Netlify Blobs. Drafts are also cached in your browser's local storage so you can reach recent work offline. Email us to have your account and drafts deleted, and we will do it within 30 days.
One cookie only: a session token, set when you log in, marked HttpOnly and Secure. There is no advertising or analytics tracking.
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, the legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (delivering the drafts you asked for) and legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
